JCDSRI: Where Joy, Purpose, and Deep Learning Come Together

At JCDSRI, we believe that school should feel like a place of joy, belonging, and intellectual discovery – for students and for faculty and staff.

We are a progressive Jewish day school (Preschool–5th Grade) where learning is rooted in relationships, curiosity, and meaning. Our early elementary classrooms are warm, responsive, and filled with purposeful play, emerging independence, and deep foundational learning.

While JCDSRI is a Jewish day school, our faculty includes educators from a wide range of backgrounds. You do not need to be Jewish to apply – what matters most is a respect for our mission, values, and community.

We are always interested in connecting with talented educators and professionals who share our commitment to joyful learning, meaningful relationships, and community. Even if you do not see a current opening that matches your experience, we encourage you to reach out.
